I’ve been in the travel industry since 1997 and have worked in various positions, including reservations specialist and senior outside sales agent. I currently hold the designation of Elite Cruise Counselor, which I earned from the Cruise Line International Association. This designation distinguishes me as a cruise specialist who completed a certification program that includes specialized training and first-hand product knowledge. I’ve also earned the designation of Certified Travel Consultant (CTC) and many other specialist certifications, including Disney Specialist, Las Vegas Specialist, Caribbean Specialist and Mexico Specialist.
